But seriously, this is a cool hat and since the pins fix was added to the game, the price is skyrocketing now. A little fix that did the justice.

They've had that issue with people stealing art and uploading on the CS:GO workshop twice.
Still, a custom made cosmetic item that bare a resemblance to a item in media should be able to get a slip, especially if they got the balls to upload a mario cosmetic reference, since nintendo isn't really known for having a loose grip on their intelectual properties.
