Any vertices that are not controled by the bone you've selected (Like this shoulder bone) will appear black instead of the dark blue that can be easily mistaken for a vert with a weight of 0.1

Also if you want the wireframe to show like in this pic, just press Z.
Was able to fix that though.

ALL I DID WAS CHANGE A 2 TO A 0!!!
So far I've manage to disable some textures by editing the .lvl files, but thats about it.
