I didn't actually remove the wooden parts. I swapped wood and plastic parts around :D
Decided that I liked plastic front handguard better.

While you can't decide whether to keep wood or plastic, why don'tcha use some RNG magic?

I don't know all (or even much) there is about guns, but I try to be as accurate as possible.

Bonus points for mentioning the keyword thing, that's a good tactical policy.

@ [Fs]Lemonificent: Fully aware of the fact. As i said to Alex earlier, I couldn't decide whether to call it L1A1 or FAL because of the inconsistency between the model and markings and chose to use both (partially based to both, so why not?).

The double name also acts as keywords. If someone would search with keyword "FAL" or "L1A1" both would separately match with the addon, which means more people are more likely to find it.

L1A1s and FALs are not interchangeable, this is why they're called inch and metric pattern rifles, respectively. Proper thing to call this would be an FAL 50.00 with L1A1 markings.

@ Alex_D_Vasilkov: I based the model on image of FAL rifle (all plastic), but when I tried to find reference on markings, only full set I found was of L1A1 (Basically British made FAL).

So, yeah. You could say it's hybrid of some sort. That's actually the reason why the addon is titled the way it is. I couldn't decide whether to call it FAL or L1A1.

Toottie, I fail to see anything resembling an L1A1. All I see is a completely normal original FN FAL 50.00, except with wooden furniture.

Or is it some sort of a hybrid that a lame gun nut like me can't properly identify?
