That is due to the fact you have no manpower to refill divisions. You need to get manpower to fix this.

Got a Problem with this mod, it deletes all existing Divisions. How can i fix this?

1936 start, couple of years goes by then BAM! no divisions, for anyone. I turned off FOW to be sure and yep, not one single division anywhere and no manpower from the sudden loss.

Thanks Alexander. I spent a lot of time trying to speed up the game.
I feel this mod will help people with weaker PCs achieve incredibly fast game speed throughout! In fact early indications suggest the game speeds up the later you get into it.
