Ok, I was able to solve it with just one cube. If you want to force player to get both cubes, then just turn the press-button on the 'second floor' into a cube button. Also, I didn't need the portal walls to the left of the exit on the second floor.

The buttons CLOSE the door :P

Exit door never opened depite having pressed all the buttons. Wasn't able to solve.

Solved it. There wasn't a need for a second cube.
