The attack speed and the damage are kind high, for the balance of the game, I will change it.

I will update this Mod with my another Mod "Ninja Package" in 12 hours.

I like the idea of the slingshot, however the high damage combined with the speed makes it a better weapon than firearms such as the pistol and the smg. Some tweaking may be in order.
