Ah, sorry folks, it doesn't work with Repentance - I haven't been actively modding in a few years. I'll update the description to specify that, and if I get a chance I'll try to bring it into the modern era with an update (and again change the description to reflect that if I do), but no promises on timeliness, life is a bit hectic these days. There's probably no easy way to fix it, but the Brimstone/Poison pills actually give you the item for that room, which can cause problems because they're part of transformations. (Leviathan and Bob) It'd be better if you could somehow make it an intrinsic effect, so this doesn't happen.

I recently had an idea for a pill of my own... one that made it so the closer a tear or enemy gets, the slower the game runs, up to a certain cap. Wasn't sure what kind of item to make it, passive, active, trinket... But I thought a pill would be good, since the effect resembles matrix bullettime... so, it would be the "red" pill... I wasn't sure what the other could be until I read your idea... I like it!

@Ttron4, no, it doesn't guarantee devil rooms, it just ensures that if you get a room it will be devil, not angel. It's not quite useless when you've already taken a devil deal since it still gives a black heart, but it is less impactful.

dose sin up give you 100% chance devil rooms? and if not dose it make this pill useless after taking a devil deal because you wont be getting angel deals anyway. im not bashing or anything i like the idea its just a qustion.
