This is yours:
outlander Factions that will spawn from 1 to 5.
Tribes Factions that will spawn from 1 to 5.
Pirate Factions that will spawn from 2 to 4.
But you just extend basegame role it would be:
1to5
1to5
and 2to10
:)
however you need faction discovery by orion in order to get it to load the new factions mid game

And you seem to know what you're doing better haha
Just curious: Does the number of settlements spawned take into account the number of factions? Or vice versa? I know in a16 things could get a little crowded with some alien races and/or the Lovecraft mods all running as well.
