I always hated how I, the best and most well armed empire in the game always get my tech stolen from me...like, do we not have the CIA in this universe? Black Ops? Seal Team 6?

Plus I like having games where people don't rush Fallen Empires to get jump drives...makes space a nicer place (If you're in my empire, if you aren't? Well...sucks for you I guess)

you're doing god's fucking work man. i personally think reverse engineering is cool but it needs to be like, a fucking special project conducted by construction ships. idk what they were thinking.
