Using merge blocks and making sure that the area of seperation were not fully connected whilst having to be full sealed

The ship is built to scale in terms of Space Engineers where a Large block = 2.5 meters, for the size of the ships and it's modules I obtain it from

which has very detailed information regarding the size of the ship.

There are I believe in total 4 decks in the saucer (Bridge, Medical, Main Saucer, Saucer Entrance)
and 4 decks in the neck, and 5 decks in the engineering hull. the saucer is where most of user items can be placed, but the enigneering hull is comprised mostly of gyros batteries and the large reactors,
