Captured this ship (it crashed into a mountain xD) and was figuring why large hydrogen thrusters (up) were not firing, culprit seems to be where the tanks connect to the main body with conveyor system, i had missile launchers not connecting the sections. might be same for others?. Nice ship though!

Literally only problem is some of the conveyors don't seem to be connected right. Other than that I couldn't think of what you could improve WisdomTooth8

I have one single issue with this ship. Perhaps I'm just doing something wrong. But when I capture this ship in the air control mod it seems to have an issue where the left and right airlock aren't properly connected to the conveyor network, so the air vents don't actually pressurize the airlocks... Idk if this is an oversight or maybe something was changed when this ship was put into the air traffic mod? I managed to fix it by adding a couple of junctions but those junctions can be seen from outside the ship and I'd love to know if there is an alternative

Would you mind if I added this beauty in a new scenario I am to release (small stuff)? It will probably be crashed down, as its technology is WAY beyond the story, though...

All with the proper credits, of course!

Managed to capture this one in my game, and have been in the process of some pretty substantial modifications.

Kept the landing pads on either side, but turned the mostly airlock center section into a fairly roomy bridge. I'd also removed just about the entire lower deck to make a little room to dock rovers.

From there, replaced the vanilla weapons with modded ones, and added a section under the bow designed to spawn multiple squads of NPC troops (Rearth NPC mod, if anyone's wondering).

The overall intent I have for the ship is to use it as an assault ship, something I can land near an enemy base and throw waves of NPC troops and drones at it until the base is nothing but rubble. Haven't quite gotten to the point where I'm ready to deploy it, but I'm close and very much looking forward to it.

I might put up some pics of the edits if anyone's intrested.

Love this ship. Started a new game on Mars with the new DLC and was literally just starting out when the MES put this behemoth on me. More luck than judgement (and a couple of save scumming later) I managed to drop it out of the sky and now have so much salvage.

But I thought I'd have a look in creative at the intact ship and it's a work of art.

I think the blue print broke at some point. It used to work, but now it's just a small drop pod.

Engaged your ship while it was flying near my base on the Earth like planet (with Air Traffic mod). It was a grandiose battle and in the end I could board it barely unharmed while my fighter was being trashed (thanks to the Shield Defense mod for the fair challenge). Had to fight to all those turrets to reach the bridge, which was fiercly defended. Then I took control over it (Capture mod be thanked) by hacking the flight seat and remote control block.

I landed it near my based, repaired it, improved it and personalized the interior. Now I took it to the moon and it became my flagship. Great design! :thumbsup:

For what it's worth, I'm having to fight this and the Oban Tide class with some regularity on Mission: Infinity Nexus and they're both real nasty opponents. After I cut the Spirit of Lomond's fuel lines with a cruise missile, it managed to deploy parachutes, stick itself to the side of a cliff, and continue to be an absolute horror. 10/10

Also, beautiful interior designs. It was a real pleasure to walk around whatever was left after I shot it down. This brings me to my one other concern: were the piloting/command and cargo modules in the bottom of the ship? I didn't find much in the way of either after the ship went down belly-first.

The only thing it doesn't do well in combat is that there is a conveyor junction in the front that if it goes out the whole ship looses hydrogen engines

Hey there,

first thank you for that great Blueprint. I just finnished the most essential things (only some of the Ion-Thrusters are missing still), since I play survival 1-1-1 it takes some time to get all of it done ;-)

Anyways ... I am not sure how to get that ship fully operartional regarding to script/timer and so on, also I guess I might have some problems with the re-compiling since some stuff in my client got german names (and that might cause issues/mismatches with the script). I'd like to contact you and get some further information if you agree.
