and no, don't use this with realspace, it breaks fallen empires into not spawning.

Tracked a bug back to this, when using this patch, Fallen Empires will spawn for one day and immediatly despawn. Sometimes spawning their systems and a advanced empire takes their place on day 2, but almost always they just despawn. Doesn't matter what AI start option you pick, they will always despawn.

real space is at 3.0 and primitive players is up to date too, is this compatible patch stil okay to use?

If you do not use this patch, then the start systems will not be fixed. Basically it concerns the size of stars and planets, as well as textures of some planets.
