For anyone saying the mod doesn't work, you have to pick up a matter manipulator module after installing the mod to learn the recipe.

@Jon It should still work unless they've made changes to the Wiring Station's name or how crafting tables function. If for whatever reason it doesn't, I can update the mod.

@BOT Adolf In case I didn't actually say already, I fixed the issue.

When i tried to craft it was unavailable unless you are in admin mode.

@SovietOnion IMO it's fairly balanced. It will get bottlenecked by diamonds as those are harder to get than gold. You will need a lot of diamonds for the later upgrades. I think this mod's usefullness comes from when you need 1 or 2 for an upgrade so you can just craft them instead of going to yet another planet and having to spend more time looking.
