So i found a way you can play as trager... so all you have to do is click on pac3. then you have to right click on "my outfit", then you need to select entities, then look down and you will see "models", then find richard trager

Hello if someone knows who to port models from S.F.M. to Gmod you can get Miles because Miles is on S.F.M.

Te worst thing here is that theres no Dr. Trager, and some of the playermodels are not here. Just ERRORS or Invisible.

Miles Upshur would suck. He doesn't have a head, so it would look very weird.

the shirtless patient player model is just black and pink squares and trager's player model textures are glitchy and the only npc is the barefoot straight jacket one with a screwed up face. so the only player models that work for me are the 1 with no mouth and the barefoot straight jacket 1
