@free - I don't think its that bad considering people will probably only have one or two in their city. I did try doing a lot just with textures but i wasn't happy with it and I like to have a lot of detail in my models to make them look as good and realistic as possible, so in the end i sacrificed the tri count to do so. Its how I've done all my assets (granted this is probably the most tri heavy one to date)

Super heavy on the tris, way too much molded detail in the frame that could be done with textures like the window sills etc. Can't really tell from the image but it looks like you even protruded the roof ridges.
