Doesnt work for me. As soon as I press the button after the loading screen trying to start the scenario the game freezes.

For #Brunovtsky There is a mod called Extra-Slow Research that will slow research down to marathon speed does not effect anything else.

Hello! Help me to understand. Why does the game begin in 1980? Scenario 1939 begins in 1980, and script 1940 begins in 1981. How to fix this? Help.

Just one suggestion/complaint. Take Itinerant Preachers away from Protestantism. The way IP exponentially stacks pressure from the more cities being in range makes it insanely OP, making Protestantism absolutely dominate with so many cities in the game. Hard to use religion at all if you're any other civ but US.

@Punished Ross The likely reason why they are still alive is because they still have a worker alive. This is usually the reason for me at least.

@Sowjet unless it is a capital city you could just nuke it, also pretty sure the people living on those useless islands would be pretty offended :P so just nuke them instead XD

amazing map. only a couple of minor bugs / complaints:
1. Cannot raze cities - could be annoying when you try to conquer the world while managing 100+ cities, some of which have absolutely no value (islands, for example).

2. Conquered city states will not disappear - they will remain on the list of civ and cannot be found using the "find on map" option. Workers from those states will just wander around the landscape...

3. Sometimes conquered Civs will not disappear. In my case, Saudi Arabia remains on the list while all of its cities are taken over by foreign powers (germany, iraqi, turks). On the demographics page it stated that it has 0 land, 0 soldiers and 0 population.

#Hotdog I should add you need to start a new game for it ( Eras atomic age ) to take effect does not seem to work with saves for a game in progress

#Hotdog_87 Use the " Eras - Atomic Age " mod seems to work fine - keeps the major players from entering information age - levels the playing field a bit for lower tech civs

Great mod, but my only issue (for now) is that when I'm a Fascist country and declare war on other countries like France for example, allies like Italy or Germany are "guarded", despite being warmongers themselves.

i think 2 months for 1 turn is way to fast. u need 4 turns per month. 1 turn equals 1 week.

Version 5, Japan is at least 30% overpowered, there science is to fast, play as chinese level 6, they wipe me within 6 rounds, so frustrated, same turkey, after about 80 rounds france england and all cities declare war on me and over and out, frustrating. Version 4 I think was better balanced. Version 5 seems unbalenced and unfair agaist the smaller countrys to develop and get more land.

Settler is not supposed to spawn or even buildable in this scenario, make sure you check 'Load Scenario' before playing the map.

Hmm that is very strange, I am also on macOS Sierra but still able to play it. Maybe try redownload from manual link?

I am not sure if Civ IV Diplomatic features actually compatible with this mod.

I liked playing the the Civ IV diplomatic features mod. It has worked in the past, but now trying to start a new games causes it to crash. Is there a way to fix this, or am I out of luck?
