Report a translation problem
1. Cannot raze cities - could be annoying when you try to conquer the world while managing 100+ cities, some of which have absolutely no value (islands, for example).
2. Conquered city states will not disappear - they will remain on the list of civ and cannot be found using the "find on map" option. Workers from those states will just wander around the landscape...
3. Sometimes conquered Civs will not disappear. In my case, Saudi Arabia remains on the list while all of its cities are taken over by foreign powers (germany, iraqi, turks). On the demographics page it stated that it has 0 land, 0 soldiers and 0 population.
not sur I am understanding correctly ?
Are you saying you do not have Gods and Kings expasion installed?

besides godsand kings this mod uses ALL the DLC as far as I know
I am not sure if Civ IV Diplomatic features actually compatible with this mod.
