What you are saying is basicly that no vehicles can go faster then 300 Km/h NO MATTER WHAT, if i get you correctly!?
That would go well with my observation that the airplanes seem to be capped to 300 Km/h as well. Kinda sad if this would be the case, but on the other hand, the Transrapid is very fast even with this speed. ;)
Thanks for this train btw. I am happy to have it for my city!
Only remaining factor left would be game in this game. TM removes speed limitation, train is set to roll at 450km/h, if it doesnt go over than that, then maximum speed is set to 300km/h for monorails, by game default.
My first person mod City Drive displays a speed of 299 or 300 on straights. I assume this information is right because all other vehicles are shown with their speeds as they are supposed to.
I checked Advance Vehicle Options and found the Transrapid to be set to 450 Km/h and I removed all speed limits from the tracks with Traffic Manager: President Edition.
Is there a global speed limit to vehicles the prevents my Transrapid to exceed the magic number of 300 Km/h? What other issue could slow the train down?

Unfortunately there's no ETA for it. That said, I should make a list of works to be done, so i can follow what to work for, so many requests ATM lol
As a request, could you pleas also do the "Shinkansen L0 Series" (Japan's Maglev) that would be really really awesome.
Yeah, I mean it's there, waiting to be clicked... *ahem*
