Another quaint little scenario.. though it was a small one, it was more enjoyable than the career scenarios. always fun to play your scenarios.. gearing up for the long haul to Golden!!! :steamhappy:

Yes, always around. :)

I consider the cow my TS paparazzi.
RBJets  [author] 23 Jul, 2020 @ 12:26pm
I put the cow in my early scenarios a lot when I first started making them. :)

I didn't even bother with the DLC scenarios and came straight here. Seem to be a lot of cows lately... Nice one. Cheers!

Cool, I'll check it out. Thanks.

No. It’s Jointed Rail stuff for TS. It’s free on the Searchlight Simulations site and comes with autoinstall exe files. The teoli gons, cylindrical hoppers, wellcars, and EOTD are used in the CP AC4400 scenarios. It’s nice stuff. The 4400 will ruin you for driving anything else!

Is the rolling stock DLC from the store?
JustWentSouth 14 Mar, 2020 @ 6:14am
Thanks. That is also from Canadian Mountain Passes, near Fraine and just east of the tunnels. The scene is from one of the scenarios available with the Searchlight Simulation CP AC4400. The locomotive is amazing - sights, sounds, and physics - and it is the only thing I want to drive right now. I am subbing it in whenever I can. It will be seeing more of the cow soon!

HA HA, I made this series a long time ago, yes the guy and his cow will meet you often, I like the screenshot you took with the CP hoppers and the other loco in the distance, what route was that taken? Thanks JWS. :)

This one was fun! I look forward to part 2 and beyond. Many thanks! Here is a screenshot of my guest motive power and an interested spectator - I had no idea he would chase the train!

Wow, that would be cool, we took a train from cleveland to NYC this year but not much to lok at...we want to to the one that goes through washington..Thanks David.

That was an enjoyable scenario, RB. Nice little bit of running around at Revelstoke before coupling up, and then a pleasant run to Twinn Butte. Fabulous scenery! I'd forgotten how well it shows up in the simulation. Have traversed this route on the Rocky Mountaineer and it is absolutely spectacular --- the whole way from Vancouver to Calgary over 2 full days! We had great weather, too! Brings back wonderful memories! So, many thanks for producing! Now to download Part 2, et seq. Kind regards, David.

Sure, in the future I will. No problem. :)

As a suggestion maybe adapt your Sherman Hill series to the GP20?
RBJets  [author] 6 Jun, 2017 @ 3:31am
Cool, I made a switching scenario using a GP9 on Cajon Pass, (I think). I made it a long time ago.
No43_Moggy 6 Jun, 2017 @ 2:33am
Yeah but I guess we have to play the cards dealt to us. I was thinking about the US DLC I have, I would like to suggest using the SP or UP GP20 as there's not a lot of scenarios utilising them.
RBJets  [author] 4 Jun, 2017 @ 8:21am
Cool, thanks for the info. I'll look through some routes in build mode and fiddle with some things. I wish all DLC was available for everyone.
No43_Moggy 3 Jun, 2017 @ 11:46am
RBJets, thankfully I have Maria's pass and a lot of stock which I bought pre-removal. The only route\stock I don't have are the more recent DLC like Stevens Pass and stock released after the removal. I somehow missed purchasing the sw1500 pack at the time.
RBJets  [author] 3 Jun, 2017 @ 6:52am
I'll double check but I think Marias Pass is included by default. One of those routes is like that but I will see what I can do, I try not to use any DLC just for that reason but sometime I have no choice like Pacific Surfliner comes only with a passenger loco and no others so I added to that. But I will will check. No Problem. :)
FlyingScotsman4072 3 Jun, 2017 @ 5:42am
Completely off topic but yeah i will like to try out your Cajon Pass scenarios but it required Marias Pass ;) Do you mind if you can make a version that doesn't required Marias Pass and use the stock that comes with Cajon Pass e.g. UP SD40-2 for the Yard Work series and the UP ES44AC for the Leaving Barstow/Leaving San Bernardino ;) Or you can't make it because there's too much scenarios it already :D
RBJets  [author] 3 Jun, 2017 @ 5:03am
Your welcome and my pleasure. Let me know of other routes or DLC you can't use. Thanks No43_Moggy. :)
No43_Moggy 3 Jun, 2017 @ 2:50am
Thanks for adapting these scenarios for us non US players. Lovely scenario, looking forward to Part 2!
