Hey, thank you for this great mod. I just noticed one flaw, which is that you cannot place the upgrade cards for the Horned Rat units since there are no snap points and the hand area is too close.

UPDATE : 10/12/2019

• FIXED : All asset links should now be working!!

Ok... so, as some of you may know my mod has been broken for a long time as google drive moves files to trash when they are not being accessed regularly, then as you upload new files, these trash files are automatically deleted. This led to almost all my mods being broken with 1000s of dead links across the place. I was so upset that I basically quit TTS modding for nearly a year, but recently I have been going though my old mods and fixing them

To that end, I believe I have completely fixed this mod and now have it fully hosted on SteamCloud, and therefore should not have any future dead links of any kind as long as steam is maintaining its archive. I have the mod backed up as well at TableTop Simulator Nexus.

This is a complex mod though, and I have not tested every possible table setup, if you find any erroring files still, please let me know...

Sorry it took me so long to do this fix, I completely forgot about it!! With luck this mod should be 100% complete now!

HotFix - 10 / 05 / 2019

• FIXED : There were a few chaos decks in both the base game and the expansion with a few incorrect cards. The decks should now have the correct cards in them and the correct amount of copies of those cards.

Hey @Tragic - any updates on correcting the errors found in the chaos decks (mentioned by SirHandsome below)? In our games, we have to essentially create two separate saves (one Morrslieb and one base) and load the one we want which is kind of a pain.

@Omniraptor - To rotate the dials just mouse over them and press either the Q or the E button (on a standard English keyboard). Make sure the rotation is set to 30 degrees (these instructions are in the mod description above)

my bad, i just assumed they were locked in place. this mod has dials that can't be moved by dragging, but i think this was done by altering their physics parameters (mass and friction)

@Sir Handsome - Thanks man.. I'll fix that as soon as I can.

@Omniraptor - If I lock the dials, they can not turn. If you need to you can simply highlight the wheel and press the "L" button to lock and unlock as you play. You can even restrict "locking" to host or promoted players, so if you prefer to "run" games strictly, you can lock the dials and only you can rotate them in the correct phase. As for the shrinking, I'll take a look, if I agree it looks better I'll shrink them.

one tiny suggestion: could you make the threat dial covers locked in place (to prevent accidental pickups, which should still allow rotating) and also one size smaller? shrinking it by one size makes the colored border much more visible, giving a clear indicator of everyone's progress. Thanks!

Hello, a few more mistakes lay hidden still (I think these are inherited from the original mod):

I noticed that the Morrslieb Slaanesh had one too many copies of a card (I am intimately familiar with the deck). But to be sure, I cross referenced all of these with both my real life copy, and a contents list I found online. Here are the errors in three different chaos decks, one from base game, two from expansion:

BASE GAME KHORNE:
* Remove 1 copy of "Blood God's Call" (there should only be 3, not 4)
* Add 1 copy of "Ritual Slaying" (there should be 3, not 2)

MORRSLIEB NURGLE:
* Remove 1 copy of "Quicken Decay" (there should be 3, not 4)
* Add 1 copy of "Virulent Outbreak" (there should be 4, not 3)

MORRSLIEB SLAANESH:
* Remove 1 copy of "Rapturous Excess" (there should be 2, not 3)
* Add 1 copy of "Festival of Sinew" (there should be 4, not 3)

I audited all other Chaos decks, and they have the correct counts.

I could make a script based single token that can display a numeric value.. that is pretty easy. I use them in some of my other mods so it would be pretty easy to swap over. When I get a chance I'll add these as an alt-option to use.

As for the "photoshop content fill".. there is a button on the side of the table that does just that, as in paints each area a unique colour for easy reading.

Hey,the mod is great and usable,and i really liked all the modifications you made to the original mod setup.One thing bugs me though, using the corruption tokens.It would be much cleaner if the tokens were pulled from the infinite bag, but they themselves would be trackers,so clickable to have a visibile value increase by 1,right click to decrease by 1.(check out Gloomhaven's Damage Trackers for example)

And as a new player,my god the map is so unwieldy.I'm guessing not much can be done to it without affecting the original art and making it not match the rest of the style of the game,but for Norsca and Troll Country,Photoshop's content fill would do enough to enlarge the areas to be usable and place minis, and the bloody lines that already exist could be just forced through more,especially on the Badland/Border Princes river which was the hardest to read as a new player.

• FIXED : Base Game now has the correct amount of Scaven Tokens and adding the Horned Rat Expansion will also add the correct amount of scaven tokens.

Might have one more issue for you to fix. Whether we pick Horned Rat faction or not, the number of skaven tokens is always set to 16. Without horned rat, we should only have 6 skaven in the game.

Hotfix 3 - 01/03/2019

• FIXED : Horned Rat Chaos Cards "fetch" button now works.
• CHANGED : Horned Rat Chaos Card Deck will auto-shuffle as it is put to the table.

Okay, just played a full 5 player game tonight, truly excellent, thanks for fixing all of the problems we fouind so far, I only found one more now and I have a feeling it might be the last!

The Horned Rat's fetch Chaos card button appeared to be broken, like Slaanesh's used to be.

I scaled it down so with the banner it is now the same height as the Slaanesh god-figure.... so much shorter, but the banner should be the same height.

I just loaded the update. There are different cards now. I also compared the figures sizes. I didn't see the old size, but the figure definitely doesn't tower over nurgle or khorne's greater demons. It might be like 90 percent of their size if I was guestimating. Not sure if that is intentional, but based upon how skaven fit into the lore, I am good with that relative sizing. I will like do a full game next week and may include it for full testing. Thanks for the quick response.

HOTFIX 2 - 23/02/2019

• Fixed : Horned Rat GOD Figure has been reduced in scale.
• Fixed : Horned Rat Chaos Deck has been replaced with the correct deck.

Had to do this on my mates laptop, I hope it is all working now lol... please let me know if not.

Pretty big error here: every single one of Horned Rat's chaos cards is "Grey Seer". So yes he has 24 copies of one card!

Also, as a minor aesthetic issue (I know you didn't create the model), the Horned Rat's Vermin Lord figure i find too large. It currently towers over even a Bloodthirster, and looks a bit more natural if reduced in size a bit (and matches the real game more closely)

HotFix - 2/19/2019

• Fixed : Deck shuffle when you open the mod, no longer shuffles the rumination cards. So they remain in the correct order.
• Fixed : Slaanesh dial was locked, it is now not locked and can be rotated.
• Fixed : The mod has been renamed to the correct name.. Chaos IN the Old World, when I was calling it Chaos OF the Old World.

• Added : The default Chaos Cards now shuffle on the initial loading of the mod.

A Big thanks to "PouDaddy" for pointing out the various errors in the mod. With luck it is finalized now.

Hi, couple minor things I noticed:

1. Slaanesh's dial is locked when you load the mod. Not a big deal since host can just unlock it but it's nice to have it be consistent with the others.
2. I noticed the ruination cards are actually not ordered from 1-5. Similarly, not a huge deal but somebody might not know the exact rules and could get it confused.

Final Update : 14/02/2019

Assuming there are no errors, this should be my final update.

• Changed : Horned Rat Player has been moved to the "correct" place on the table. This includes the Threat Dial.
• Changed : All the stuff on the LEFT side of the table has been moved to the RIGHT side.
• Changed : The Horned Rat player boards are now not-interactive. Meaning you should not be able to accidentally unlock them and have everything drop into space.

• Added : I have added a "ALL RULES" bag. Simply click it to place all the rules into the scene, and click Pack Up to remove them again. These are "heavy" and may take some time to load in.
• Added : The Base Set Old One Deck and Ruination Card Deck now shuffle on 1st time load.

• Fixed : Tzeentch had 1 to many Cultists, one has been sacrificed.
• Fixed : Slaanesh's retrieve Chaos Card button was broken.. this now works again.

Another error, not sure if I missed it before or if it's new to the last update, but Tzeentch has 9 cultists (instead of 8) -- all the other figure counts look correct

Also, Slaanesh's "clean up chaos cards" button seems to be broken now, maybe take a look at that

Thanks for updating this, this is amazing now! Best Chaos in the Old World mod there is out there!! The only thing I would suggest is to permanently set the turn order so that Horned Rat player is after Slaanesh. That is all that's needed! Thanks again!

Thanks for adding the expansion stuff! and in such a clean and well scripted way too. Now that it's complete I can say that this is one of best mods I've used on TTS for sure. The seating for the Horned Rat player is off, but should be manageable for experienced players and custom turn order menu in TTS

Expansion Update 11/02/2019

• FIXED : - I was missing two NOBEL TOKENS. There is now the correct value, 6.

• ADDED : - I have added the content from the Horned Rat Expansion. There are some optional modules in this expansion.

Instructions

To use the HORNED RAT PLAYER
Simply click on the ADD HORNED RAT button on the right of the table. Click Remove button if you do not wish to use the new God. This will place all the HR components on the table. Including swapping out the Old World Deck to the correct one that you HAVE to use if you use this God.

Morrslieb Spell and Upgrade Decks
If you wish to use the new "Morrslieb decks". There is a grey bag on the left of the table. Simply click it and it will swap out the Spell and new Upgrade Cards. You can click it again to swap back to the CORE set. If you wish to use a custom mix of core and Morrslieb cards, then you can find them inside the grey bag to do with as you wish.

Expert Old World Cards
The small "Expert Old World Cards" are also on the left of the table. Simply shuffle this into your OLD WORLD DECK to use. Remember to do this AFTER you choose to use the Horned Rat God.

What is that Trash Bag?
There is a trash bag on the Left of the table. This is just for clean up. After setup you can drag any components like the Expert Old One Cards or the Morrslieb bags into it. Personally after I do that I delete the trash bag. If someone clicks the swap decks button mid game it will screw everything up. So at least delete it.
