this mod is dead. but i've been working on incorpating parts of it inot my other mods and an eventual re release of this mod. I have a species trait in my species mod that lets you span amoebas. i'm working on oen it it for machines to spawn tamed drones.

I'm totally willign to update this one. Though it woudl be easier to keep up my mods with some help. I haven't been in the best of health. but I'll definatly try to get this oen ready once I've palyed through the latest updates some. I'm surprsied no oen else is doing anything like it to repalce me lol.

Found this mod because I thought of doing soemthing similar (replicating the Prethoyrn Queen event for Amoebas for some cheap early/midgame fleetpower). Hope you'll update this. Could make a nice tie-in for the Genetic Mastery Ascension perks.

I am consdiering it if they slow down how much they chagne the games code. given how big 2.0 would be cahgnes wise I figued I'd at least wait until then to get back inot modding this game. This might be hte only mod I go back to. Assuming no one else has made a simlar mod.

random question: As opposed to the way it is now, why not make all of a particular species (Tiyanki, Void Cloud, etc.) into a single upgrade chain, it would save on the building clutter

newyevon2- That's exactly what I thought would happen in a Mass Effect/Stellaris crossover, specifically the Asari with their Mind Meld ability. Kind of like hippies but instead of hugging trees they hug the giant biotic space whales.

The feeling when playing primitive players and you skip ftl with Tiyanki Matriarch Pen's....:steamfacepalm: on that note rift walkers and tiyanki matriarchs go good together, and is there any way to upgrade my matriarchs?

Hi, unfortunately no, i'm not an artist, but you could eventualy re-use some already existing icons present in the game to illustrate your new tech! it would be better at low cost.

I found some tech are a missing icon and it's a little gamebreaking , so could it be possible to find suitable icons to add ?

for best effect there is a pirate mod on the shop that lets you tame space creatures by defeating them. the more pets the merrier imo.

Ah, thank you very much... I really enjoyed the previous version, went to war with a fallen empire with a giant herd of tiyanki, was great fun. Hope it'll only get better from now on.

found hte issue. releasing a fix. it was a type in the building filese I made when I reverted the requirements back after a test

they were during all of my testing. I may have caused something to error out somewhere after testing. I'm quite the derp. let me look through and see whats wrong. IT might be I have to limit prereq techs to only two instead of 3 or for for each building. IT worked fine when I had the number of required set to two, so I didn't think to check again.

I may or may not have missed something... But how do you construct the buildings? Im pretty sure ive researched atleast a few techs needed for some of the creature vats, but they arent showing up in my build list.
