It took me a long time to go get back at DS, but here it is. The updated version of this mod, compatible with RoG, SW, HAM, is included here:

seems to have broken. Something about the hound spawner is causing a crash now. probably something to do with the newest update.

Does this also work on suspicious dirt piles? As in, the chance of getting a Ewecus or a Varg instead of a Koalafant?

Long ago I've tested it with SW and was working correctly.
The recent game update states:
---Water Crocodogs now spawn during flood season (which allows them to use their water shake effect)
--- Hounds in a SW enabled ROG world won’t spawn in the water now
so this might have broken the mod. if someone else can confirm the issue (without being a d*ck), I can look into it and fix it

Any plans to make it so we can modify which ones we want to reset? I don't mind the increased hound attacks(panic room with a long narrow entranceway packed with tooth traps; tons of monster meat, hound's teeth, ashes in summer, and the occational red or blue gem. Love it. And I'm playing as Wendy so Abigal can typically deal with any hounds that slip through) but Depth Worms drive me nuts when I'm underground.

it's a native bug, already reported, strange they didn't fix it yet

I think i ran into a glitch with your mod that caused summer to go back to spring randomly. I didn't have any other mods at the time, so not sure this is the mod or something i did in the caves.

@Colorful After a while, the creatures that periodically attack you throughout the game come in such large amounts that it makes it really hard to do other things you need to do, because most of your time is spent worrying about surviving the next wave. This mod alleviates that issue so you can focus on not dying in other ways

Heya. I just got Don't Starve a couple days ago and don't know much about it, so please excuse me if this is a dumb question. This mod looks interesting, but what is the purpose of this mod? What is the point resetting the attacks?

其实重置真的无所谓,大后期对付这些东西的方法多的是,不过还是很感谢这个MOD,给了不想打架的玩家增添一份福利,例如我

Should be fixed now. I also updated the image since it was quite old, (I made this mod some yrs ago for my self, I've decided to publish it just now)

thank you very much for the report, I tracked down the bug!
It is not related to the scripts but to the mod icon image ("modicon.tex"), whose dimension is not a 128x128. Quite strange that my game allows it to load, it could be coz I use the linux version.

Later today I will upload the correct image, in the meanwhile you can just grab a random modicon.tex from another mod and overwrite it to prevent the crash

This is neat, I'm going to try this out. How does this work for worlds already in progress? Say a world is at day 170, will it wait until the next viable reset point to trigger?

I've just checked, I have not experienced any crash, either with my version or the version downloaded from the workshop. Are you sure you did not download any other mod?
Which version of the game are you using? RoG, SW or base?

This mod sounds really good, but when I subscribed to it and tried to scroll through my mods in the game, it kept crashing. I know it's not any of my other mods because they've never done that before. Is there any way you can fix that?
