I fixed it, I wasn't using the file structure and the .vpk was just the .txt instead of the resource folder. Thanks for the help.

You need to take out the original one for the modified version for it to be work. Or anything else that uses the said file, which the game uses them as messages. (Ex. Team Name replacements, etc.)

So you just use GCFScape to extract the Realistic Names And Descriptions and then edit it to fit your replacements? Neat.

Oh, that one, like the Makarov's name into the Glock 19? I just took the original "Updated Realistic Names And Descriptions [v1.3]" & modified it. It's original file, is however, one, but has many contents. In short, a TXT File which has many texts that the game uses or left unused. Not to mention by the fact that it doesn't use the "Legacy Route" (Where Mods will be in the Workshop folder after the "Custom") & you will need the obvious tool: GCFScape to get some access to it unless you use the vpk.exe on the Bin folder.

In Security Forces, it's off the list unless highly requested, but for the Insurgents, someone took up the mantle to make it. It's not fully confirmed though.

Anyway, I'm making a German Voice Mod for the Insurgents. Erich (Ex. Default Wehrmacht Army) will be the leader & Otto (Ex. 1st Fallschirmjäger Division) as the Subordinates. They're still be separate as usual.
