I suggest you :

- Download all the requirements if you haven't already
- Unsubscribe and resubscribe to every requirements
- Verify Game Cache
- Relaunch the game several times

It depends
If you have any country police livery you want on it, tell me
Or I Can create a fantasy police skin (evocity, paralake, etc...)

-Updated Lighting
No more wig-wags
Lights look much cooler now
They are also faster

Thanks,
to change the addon type and add tags, I think you need to update it with GMPU, click on the "Update" option
The lights in the front window is called "TDM Front Interior Lightbar"
I've modified the pattern by my own so it doesn't glow when Illumination mode is active
