I;ve lost interest in deleting them all, which is probably the point
This whole design is custom made, meaning all 14 thousand pixels are unique to the game, but you've seleced all of 4 of them to point out as questionable :P (Its technically only 2 pixels btw)
I get what youre saying tho, it not put their for meta game reasons anyways, its to simulate a "mid-ship, below deck airlock"

But honestly its not that big a deal, you can do the same thing with:
Hammer
Boulder
Messenger
Courier
Hauler
Claymore
And almost every single "Silver Alien" ship (Shavalla?)
They all have interior gaps that allow protected arilocks/Radiators
