For anyone wondering, this still works fine. Doesn't matter that your launcher says its outdated. I've used it with two different total conversion mods in the past week and had zero issues.

Ships designs (both edits and new designs) still cost full price both on a saved game and a new game.

Update:
- Updated version to 1.6.*
- Single battalions now cost 0 army experience without breaking the AI
- Group battalions cost only 1 army experience instead of 5
- Ship design changes should now only cost 1 navy experience (please test and give feedback, I don't have the DLC)

@AznMagicalGamer Yes, this game should be compatible with Kaiserreich. It's very unlikely that this mod caused the crashing of your game.
