If you're able to, refine the animation. Polish the movement as much as possible, and something may come out of it :)

Problem is, even if Valve adds the animation, they likely won't add that specific song as music because it's copyrighted.

It is very good.
Maybe you should make the end jumps a little shorter distens.
Also get it a little smother.
There is a change that it won't be picked not because it is bad (it is bloody great).
Just because there are so many pyro taunts already.
