Report a translation problem
To get a S.A.I.L chip you first need the required material[forgot which] and when you talk to S.A.I.L and the window comes up you'll notice a new icon beside the X(close) icon.
Click that and you will bring up the S.A.I.L edit screen the 3rd button shown will be the one to craft the different ai chips for S.A.I.L.
