Reminds me of a possible component of the Uncle Bill's vaccine that glows purple in right hand.
FireMario 3 May, 2022 @ 10:01pm
luciferium kinda reminds me of Dune's Spice Melange.

Sunny 6 Oct, 2020 @ 6:18pm

BlueZephyr 22 Sep, 2020 @ 4:25pm
hol' up. RimWorld drugs in Starbound? COUNT ME IN.
Jazzpiller 23 Dec, 2019 @ 10:21pm
um, for some reason luciferium caps at 75 and not 1000 like it used to and also the effects (health, speed boost and jump boost) are visible. the drug is much weaker than it used to be, you didnt make any changes to it did you?

What's up? Is this sort of abandoned, or do you plan on continuing? Got a server, and want to let my players get messed up on addiction. X )
Double  [author] 27 Oct, 2018 @ 4:15am
yeah, that seems like it'll work
Pump 26 Oct, 2018 @ 12:23pm
Wake-up is a stimulant, have it give a buff to jump height, move speed, and decrese in hunger or something
MajikBean 27 May, 2018 @ 12:01pm
Add neromite, to craft them.
Double  [author] 7 Apr, 2018 @ 9:43am
I'm gonna get to finishing my mods once the school year is over
Froffy 4 Apr, 2018 @ 4:25pm
maybe wake-up could have an energy boost but afterwards your character has much less energy for a while?

RimWorld , e-e-e
creeper king 82 22 Sep, 2017 @ 12:59pm
thats good thanks
Double  [author] 22 Sep, 2017 @ 9:36am
It only makes the player slowly loose health untill they take another pill for now... which will certainly kill the player if the player doesn't: a) take another pill. b) keep replinishing it by other means like bandages or stimpacks. I am however planning on adding more stages to the withdrawal.
creeper king 82 22 Sep, 2017 @ 8:03am
can you make luciferuim kill the player like it dose in rim world
Double  [author] 11 Jul, 2017 @ 4:02am
if there's any modder here that knows how to use rng in status effects... I'd just love to know how
Double  [author] 11 Jul, 2017 @ 1:54am
Right, I completly forgot to make them craftable... comming in the next update! Except for luciferium probably
bucketlord#RQ 10 Jul, 2017 @ 8:49am
can you make them craftable?
Local Snorlax 7 Jul, 2017 @ 9:24am
so...you just took thease from Rimworld?
Alright then... least its cool to see this cross-over.
Deathbug117 7 Jul, 2017 @ 7:32am
how about a way to go "cold turkey" as they say as in you have a precent chance to be fine after you stop taking it and or a precent chance to have a "bad trip" where your character starts to hallucinate and stuff in the same vain
Double  [author] 29 Jun, 2017 @ 8:20am
if everything's fixable then nothing is tragic, I'll add an item to remove all the drug effects though, obtainable only trough admin commands
>Zam_nny 29 Jun, 2017 @ 8:13am
HOWEVER you can add some kind of anti-drug serum which is very expensive or is super-rare-found
>Zam_nny 29 Jun, 2017 @ 8:12am
I am not strong in programming, but you definitely need a random number generator.
Double  [author] 29 Jun, 2017 @ 7:35am
I still can't figure out how to make the effects have rather a chance to be applied than be guaranteed though
Double  [author] 29 Jun, 2017 @ 6:27am
nope
but I know some people would even use it on hardcore characters, where it doesn't even matter anymore
>Zam_nny 28 Jun, 2017 @ 1:28pm
does the effect last after death?
DizzyChimera 13 Jun, 2017 @ 11:29am
Rimworld.
羊葱炒蛋 13 Jun, 2017 @ 2:11am
rimworld:iamrocket:?
Double  [author] 11 Jun, 2017 @ 8:48am
I'm gonna add that eventually
*Yuki* 11 Jun, 2017 @ 7:44am
now we need mod, that will add growable weed and craftable joints :D
manic 11 Jun, 2017 @ 6:36am
puns on existing drug names
crack-a-cold-one-open-with-the-boys
(looks like crack, can work like a cooling EPP and protect you from fire-based damage for 30 minutes (during this time you will take extra damage from being on excessively cold planets and from ice-based damage), afterwards movement is slowed by 50% and you take extra fire damage until you consume more. Static also plays in the background, growing louder the longer you go without the stuff)
Double  [author] 11 Jun, 2017 @ 6:32am
that's comming for sure
manic 11 Jun, 2017 @ 6:18am
we need to be able to make and sell this, my drug dealing senses are tingling
(before you ask, I don't actually do illegal drugs or deal them)
Double  [author] 11 Jun, 2017 @ 2:37am
the biggest problem I have here with luciferium is the price really
Thranos 10 Jun, 2017 @ 7:23pm
I see someone's been playing Rimworld.
BigGreenGayDad 10 Jun, 2017 @ 6:26pm
Interesting trade-off for it's buffs. Probably wouldn't want to use it on a hardcore character though.
