bullet bait 10 May, 2015 @ 5:22pm
dis iz cool, good job
HerFinalRest 6 Apr, 2015 @ 2:17pm
can this work with more cretures mod
keeper 6 Mar, 2015 @ 5:31am
your fucking mod crashed my game!!!!!
ThunderWolf 8 Feb, 2015 @ 4:13pm
Thank you, I always felt guilty killing them because I have a wolf-dog (low content GSD mix) as a pet and it felt a bit greasy in my head. I don't know why every writer on the planet thinks all wolves are vicious and feral.
unluckykeys 5 Sep, 2014 @ 4:29pm
I know that wolves won't attack on sight, I suggested added starving wolves that would attack, sorta like in the beginning of White Fang. Bill, never forget
Sundance Wolf 28 Aug, 2014 @ 11:48am
I'm happy to say that this mod works beautifully on my computer! THANK YOU!!! I love that wolves act like wolves! They are peaceful and pretty much don't care if you're near unless you are hurting them. Awesome!
Sundance Wolf 28 Aug, 2014 @ 7:55am
I dissagree, no sane wolf will ever attack unless provoked or starving to death and even still are very cautious of humans.
I'll give this a try! The ONLY problem I have with Skyrim is that wolves attack... I'm sick and tired of Hollywood etc... teaching our children that wolves are dangerous... you're more likely to be attacked by a coyote or a white tailed deer than a pack of wolves. Thank you for making this mod!
unluckykeys 26 Aug, 2014 @ 4:43pm
fix @ChloeDensetsuWeed's bug, then I'll subscribe cuz this is a mod I've been looking for. also, possibly add wolves that do attack (some wolves are fairly brave, especially when famine hits them)
Law 6 Aug, 2014 @ 1:45pm
Do the wolf packs respawn or are they dead forever? Because i was riding on a horse and found the Markarth hold pack and my dog started attacking them so i ended up killing all of them, and i dont want that if they dont respawn :(
Thistley 1 Jul, 2014 @ 9:49am
[This is a bug i want fixed, please!]
Thistley 1 Jul, 2014 @ 9:48am
say, a barndit,*
Thistley 1 Jul, 2014 @ 9:48am
when combat starts and there is a Wolf around... they become enemy just because u attacked..... stay a bandit, and the wolf still runs away while the Cerial Killer Cat Kharjo murders it. :c
skapunk1n 7 Jun, 2014 @ 11:38am
Subscribed btw.
skapunk1n 7 Jun, 2014 @ 11:38am
Make this mod for all the beasts. Skyrim wildlife is annoying and unrealistically aggressive. The AI is just too simple for those of us who don't fast travel.
Aurelian 17 May, 2014 @ 4:32pm
sweet i always thought that the wolves shoud act more real and move in pacts and i hate killing the best animal in the world
FoxyBlue 20 Apr, 2014 @ 2:09pm
Great mod! Not only that I don't like killing wolves, it's also compatible with the tameable foxes & wolves mod. So having this mod makes taming ice wolves a lot easier. The large alpha wolves can be tamed, too (after calming the pack of course). So cute!
KingExcaliburn 19 Mar, 2014 @ 8:13pm
Thanks for this mod! I don't like killing the wolves even if they are virtual....unless I have to.
hauntelere 5 Mar, 2014 @ 9:44pm
Okay, thanks!
Hærmann Hermann  [author] 5 Mar, 2014 @ 1:19pm
@Cardboard-Werewolf
Look for my mod on Skyrim Nexus. Version 1.0 has no packs.
hauntelere 4 Mar, 2014 @ 7:59pm
Is there any way you could make a version of this without the wolf packs? My game crashes whenever I come across them in the wild D:
belasavini 24 Jan, 2014 @ 6:27pm
You did such a great job on this, I've never really been comfortable killing scores of wolves just because the game makes them all hostile. My girlfriend's 8 yr. old loves the game even more now that they leave me alone.
Francis 27 Sep, 2013 @ 2:10am
it gets a bit glitchy when an enemy for accident attacks them, after happen that, it values the wolves as my enemies and i can't do fast traveling, plus they scape from me and going everywhere, it is getting impossible
Hærmann Hermann  [author] 3 Sep, 2013 @ 2:03am
@BorgWolf
Thank you! It's very nice to see people are still using my mod :)
AeliusCorvus 2 Sep, 2013 @ 3:50pm
A great Mod Thanks ;-) have used this since it came out, and I will continue to do so, CWG I went and had a look at Skytest Mod over on Nexus be careful if using it, it is a heavy Mod, if you use more than a few mods,,,, say 6, it is very likely use will get CTD or hangups on loading screens, it is a great looking Mod for high spec PC's only running Vanilla TES5 I shant use it as I already run 136 Mods ;-)

Thanks again Remuukes.
'za 25 May, 2013 @ 8:19am
i was reading more on the mod page and it said that it did stuff like this mod. so, i wont really need this mod anyways. sorry you wont get my sub again on this mod, but happy modding!
Hærmann Hermann  [author] 25 May, 2013 @ 8:16am
@steevie wonder
Yes, it most likely will conflict. But I haven't tried it with skyTEST yet, maybe it could work if you load RWB before skyTEST but I cannot guarantee.
'za 25 May, 2013 @ 8:10am
will this conflict with the nexus mod skyTEST? it changes all animal's behavior so that they eat, sleep, kill eachother instead of all ganging up on a deer, etc, etc. do you think that it will conflict?
Arthur Percival 19 Apr, 2013 @ 11:33pm
Wolves in video games acting like real wolves? That is like sacrilege!
Sasja 19 Apr, 2013 @ 5:36am
I've been looking for a mod like this! It's been bugging me that the Skyrim wolfs are so unrealistic in their behavior.
Hærmann Hermann  [author] 19 Apr, 2013 @ 5:09am
@flyons_gary
Yes it is possible, I think there are already mods on Skyrim Nexus for that.
flyons_gary 18 Apr, 2013 @ 5:13pm
is it possible to makes the wolves a bit stronger and amarter if they do attack(mainly in how they hunt nad i get annoyed with random hunters coming and killing them without mercy)?
Hærmann Hermann  [author] 17 Apr, 2013 @ 6:19am
@Brit Vahdin d'dllinalta
If your wolves are flying to their deaths then there seems to be something wrong with your game itself. I only changed the aggression of the wolves to make them cowardly (like foxes or deer). The normal wolves will run away from you until you are out of range. Since your foxes are not acting like this, it could be an incompatibility. If you have any other mods that alter wolves or other animals (especially the AI), you could try to change your load order (or just let BOSS do the work).
mayingan 12 Mar, 2013 @ 4:44pm
I must congratulate you, author... Reality can be obtained only if we observe the true nature of a creature or a persona. A wolf is nothing but a wolf and so is the whooly mammoth, peaceful until treathened. Another thing bothering me is that hostile attitude from guards even if the hero is their superior or a powerful person. Guards are not supposed to act this way, unless they are all traitors. That should be explored in next episodes.
Hærmann Hermann  [author] 10 Mar, 2013 @ 12:40am
@Bonder This mod will not change how many wolves you encounter in the wilds but it makes them run away if they see you so they won't be as annoying as they used to be. There are also some large packs (one for each hold, except Eastmarch) with more than 12 animals and they will attack you to defend their puppies.
mayingan 26 Jan, 2013 @ 6:16am
That is realistic. I experienced these behaviours myself in the north of Canada. Wolves are distant but they follow man in hope of food wastes we reject. That is how begun the lineage of the domestic dog. Well thought, GreyWolf!
AdmiralSpoon 11 Jan, 2013 @ 1:51am
first thanks for this mod.it really helps later in the game (not at the beginning, cause of the xp)
There are 2 things i wanna say:1.There is a bug when the wolf is in water he still atacks me.
2.Can you make this for Skeever?or tell me a mod that does this?
Hærmann Hermann  [author] 29 Nov, 2012 @ 6:52am
@Fierysaint I won't do this because my modding experience doesn't allow it yet...but...maybe in the future, we will see :D
Fierysaint 28 Nov, 2012 @ 8:00pm
If you add wolf howl noises at night then i will definately subscribe AND donate. Will go great with the "darker nights" mod!
Hærmann Hermann  [author] 10 Nov, 2012 @ 10:19am
@Dustryuse Yes they have, but you have to look for them. They also respawn so don't worry that they might get killed.

Do tha packs have a specific place on the map? I've been looking, and haven't found them.
Tatooine92 27 Oct, 2012 @ 12:04pm
@WhiteWolf Thanks, I'll definitely try that. I tried making a clean save without it loaded, but I'll try it without it installed.
Hærmann Hermann  [author] 27 Oct, 2012 @ 10:19am
@Blaure433 Unfortunatly, I don't know what causes the problem but I can tell you, it's not because of Dawnguard and Hearthfire (I also have them both). But you can try to make a clean save and then install the mod again.
Tatooine92 27 Oct, 2012 @ 10:13am
This is a fantastic mod, and it always worked really well until recently. I don't know what happened, but even with the mod installed and loading wolves attack me instead of running away. I don't have any other wolf-editing mods installed, and I do have Dawnguard and Hearthfire if that affects anything. I love this mod to no end and would love to see it working properly again! Any help would be appreciated.
th3_w0lf_h0w1s 15 Oct, 2012 @ 1:13am
@Davian Thule: I found out the hard way that 'Climates of Tamriel' and 'realistic thunder sound' prevents you form shouting...i unsubscribed to both and i could shout again...was annoying when the game crashed everytime i tried to shout for the greybeards -.-
Trazyn 22 Sep, 2012 @ 5:52am
it works well :D but i cant shout cud be this mod or some other i have :S
Monkeyshine 19 Sep, 2012 @ 6:50pm
So much better - Thanks for this!
Grey Wolf Jack 18 Sep, 2012 @ 2:20pm
Does it make the wolves edible?
Cato 18 Sep, 2012 @ 8:24am
He said "No preview, no test". His loss.
