This is the Y6B. The Big Boy had a taller/rounder boiler/firebox as well as a two axle (four wheel) pilot/trailer trucks under it.
The Big Boy (As well as the Challenger, the other engine UP is running, and a handfull of the Plains-based Duplexes ran seomthing called a centipede tender, which is the giant thing with the five static axles and the single, two axle truck under it's front.

And as a Fun Fact, the Number Plates are different on the BB/Challenger versus the Y6B. Other than the cab, a lot of Y6Bs did not have separate number plates. BB and Challengers had the angles plates on the nose.

I left the "And" out on the title for two reasons, one being I don't like long names, the toher being lazieness. Kappa.
