Fantastic work. Need to recreate Cambridge and I found this. I see this on my way to school every day.

When I zone areas, some of the British houses appear, and some vanilla appear. How do you make it so only the British houses are built?

@Dosedmonkey - Apart from downloading the theme manager myself and creating a theme in game, I haven't worked out how to yet. Needless to say, it's something I'll be working on when I get my PC back.

Is there a way to make this in to a theming. So I can theme a neighbourhood and it will randomly populate with this beautiful houses. Thanks.

Once again, I apologize to everyone. I intended to fix the LOD issue and the prop issue with the highstreet shops, but unfortunately my PC has malfunctioned. I'm not sure when it'll be up and running again, but when it does, I intend to fix theses issues immediately and release the other assets I've been working on.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

@mcarn101 - There's still a few more buildings to go. But I'll try figure it out once I get them all released! :-)

Are you going to make this into a proper building theme for Bloody Penguin's Building Themes Mod?- you definitely should :steamhappy:
I can smell you 28 Jun, 2017 @ 1:51am

@excr - Just having a wee issue with the shops from this set at the moment. Half way through the contemporary set, but it may take a while due to University work.
excr 23 Jun, 2017 @ 5:14am
Awesome! Looking foward to the other sets - do you have an idea yet how long they might take you?

@вιасκ & ωніτε - I'll see what I can do :-)

Great! In our region in germany we have a lot of these buildings from the british military. May I ask you for a terraced version with 4 appartments, no garages with one entry in the middle? They are very common here and I also live in such a building. It is now repainted and with new windows... but still 70's inside :)

@mpkio2 - Thanks man!

@My Tag Gone - Sorry, they're not uploaded just yet. I'm having some technical difficulties at the moment. The randomised signs should be though :-)
mpkio2 18 Jun, 2017 @ 4:47am
Dude, these are AWESOME!!
Can't wait for more.
My Tag Gone 17 Jun, 2017 @ 5:07pm
In the description is says there are
- 4 Highstreet Shops (with unique randomized signs)
- 2 Highstreet Offices (with unique randomized signs)

Great buildings ! Thumbs up :)
Avanya 15 Jun, 2017 @ 12:27pm
So far I'd say you're off to a good start :D
EDJ95  [author] 15 Jun, 2017 @ 12:26pm
Ah, thanks for the advice. Duely noted. I'm new to all of this.
Avanya 15 Jun, 2017 @ 11:56am
Sounds good. I would recommend sticking with 1024x1024 or less for growables - remember 2048x2048 isn't twice the size, but actually 4 times the size and should really only be used for very large buildings. You can always overlap faces that share texture to still get nice and sharp textures on less space. :)
EDJ95  [author] 15 Jun, 2017 @ 8:18am
Tri's are roughly around or under 2,000 for each model. Some textures are 1024x1024, others are 2048x2048.
EDJ95  [author] 15 Jun, 2017 @ 8:06am
Thanks for the feedback :-) Sure, I'll try get them up now.
Avanya 15 Jun, 2017 @ 8:00am
Looks very nice! These houses will fit great with my current European city. Looking forward to seeing more from you! ^^

P.S. Do you perhaps have some stats on the models like tris count and texture sizes? :)
