This is definitely a really fun idea. I don't want to be "that guy" but I would suggest that you change the following wording on your texture:

"For the Medics only"
to "For Medics only"

and

"This drugs are only used for licensed doctors only"
to "These drugs are to be used by licensed doctors only"

You can't really read these on the actual item, so I am sure it doesn't really matter if you change it or not.

Again sorry to everyone for being "that guy" I'm just really OCD.

Please rename it to using uppercase letters (e.g. "The Mercy Killer"). It looks nicer than being all lowercase. Thanks

Make sure to send me required the files so it counts as a proper submission for the Arms Race. Once I've verified it, I'll add it to the collection. You can find the requirements here http://armsrace.tf2maps.net/#submitting

lets just say it wont kill the enemy instanly

Quick question:
I know this is TF2 and therefore semi cartoon logic, but
wouldn't this only kill if it hits enough blood vessels?
This would make more sense as an insta kill every time if it hits the neck.
(this might be a dumb question, I'm not sure of how many blood vessels are in the back)

The idea is cool, but it seems more like the sort of thing you'd give to the Medic, even if backstabbing isn't really his thing.

I love the idea, but it could use a better name.
