Line #57 says you're using "HaulToStack(1.5.1)"
Resubscribe and that should fix your issue. The current version is 1.5.2
Added HtS to a save, and when I load, my log is FULL of attempts to haul chunks to stacks, to the point where the log gets overwhelmed and stops functioning.

Obviously you should take what I tell you with a grain of salt as I'm the one that made the dll but I uploaded the v1.4 dll to virustotal https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/cf63a4bab2004e3ae5741e4fd135c8ef964a364172508d683caf1ba2d87d696e/detection
and it turned up nothing. I suggest if you're suspicious of the dll you upload to virustotal yourself to confirm.
Either way you could use the mod without the dll in the v1.4 directory, it's just there for anyone that might still be running v1.4 of rimworld which is no longer the latest.

@Shigari if you have a copy of the save that leads to a crash.. or the logs after the crash I could try to figure out what's causing it. Add me on steam if you're interested. I don't own any of the DLC though so I might not be able to load your save.

And noted the Dev mode comment. I honestly think that should be at the very least an option because I always play in Dev mod to know when something is breaking from a mod and fix it but the spamming is extremely not helpful in that regard
The game shouldn't be spamming that when paused though. It should only print that when the pawn is figuring out what tile to place a thing. In your case the tile Pawn picks in your storage does not have a reinforcedbarrel. The mod will then check if any other tiles in that storage unit have a barrel and try to use that tile instead.

I recommend unsubscribing, waiting a few seconds then resubscribing to force steam to give you the latest copy.

While the log is open and the game is running the flickering doesn't happen but if I tell it to force close the log (toggling Auto-open to OFF) it flickers. Maybe because there are so many errors coming in at once it is too fast for the log to close again? I dunno exactly how that end of the game UI works. Hope this helps narrow it down.
One of my favorite mods. Hope it gets resolved soon.
So there may be some conflicting mod jankery going on.
There r some error as sheepsquard said that this mod causes the screen to flash grey.
