No, that is not a setting I know of, this would have been to be modded. The easiest way would probably be to look at the Stygian files to search for the setting and mod from there.

Actually Ready2Riot, this is an option in the game. Go to the same menu you would use to disable/enable corpses in the game, and you will find that there is also, now, an option to change the settings of "never again". Interesting stuff, just discovered that. So you don't need a mod for that!

No, it doesn't. It ONLY changes the quest restriction on heroes entering dungeons. That's it. I don't like mods that do multiple things under the hood.

Does it also remove the following restrictions?
- You need to finish the game in 86 weeks
- You need to finish the game before 12 mercs die.

Kodiak: It already exists. Search for "no quest restrictions" or similar terms. I've come accross it once already.

CoopaTroopa: No, no it doesn't. But it is a good idea and it should be simple enough to implement. It will, however, be another mod.

It means that the game will allow you to use a wider range of heroes on quests. For example, you can send level 3 heroes on easy quests. It's a feature radiant has introduced in order to make the faster leveling more manageable.
