hm and Stations we need Your Brain for Stations! xD
Generally best to found a new ship first, as to not overwrite whichever ship you are currently in, unless you wish to.
Then, I add in gyros and make sure that they're "oversized", because your stats are going to go down anyway when you add in more blocks. Thrusters to supplement additional rotation stats and add strafing thrust come next the first few again being "oversized".
Also, the ships in this collection have a lot of hollow spaces under the plating, which gives them their form and also makes it look like they have more volume than they actually do.
That's roughly how I go about it.
On that note, I have a question. How do you manage to increase its braking thrust and yaw/pitch/roll so well, without sacrificing aesthetics and reducing its stats? The ones I've made so far all have the problem of too much inertia and drift, due to low brake thrust, and slow rotations.
I think I'd like some medium sized ships, like cruisers. By the way, I want to say you did very well and all the ships were very beautiful.
I don't know how to make hyperlinked text or whatever it's called, so here's the actual link instead:

I ask because I love your work and that simple Pioneer Miner I now have 5 variants of with additional systems and functionality from Iron all the way to Xanion.
I loved the ship so much I "grew" it through my current MP game, I have made huge internal changes but the exterior looks pretty much as it did.
The Banshee and Wendall designs both looks utterly gorgeous from aesthetic point of view, I would love to be able to tinker with them.
I also wondered how you would feel if I were to make the retro-engineered designs I have made of your ships available for public consumption?
I will of course give credit 100% I am a huge fan. But I see merit in taking some of these designs and allowing new players to build them from Iron and Titanium and modifying internals to suit.
THANK YOU!
