Does it works with car mods also? I'm having the Mercedes-Benz Amg Cls63 mod activated but when I click play it crashe :O

Make sure the Accessories pack is below the truck in mods list crashs for me to if its above it in the list

If I put all the mods which are needed for the mod to work in the mod folder it doesn't work, I'm playing on public beta 1.28 and I have tried a lot to let it work but it doesn't work! can someone please help me!?
