blu heart lika a Hypoxic heart.

Its a cool idea and all, and I like the weapon, but it appears to be a sandman reskin. The sandman was almost nerfed to the ground in the jungle inferno update, but is still useful against faster classes. The sandman can still be an annoying weapon depending on the situation, but is it situational, makeing it kind of a bad weapon. Basically only some tryhard fast learner scouts would use it when they are fighting other scouts, and its bad adding a reskin of a low skill weapon. If your saying this weapon has its own stats though, then that wouldent make any sense because its a halloween item. Im fully aware halloween weapons can be equipped any time, but its still a halloween weapon, and none of the current halloween weapons have theyre own stats thus far.

Its a unique idea but i can only see it as a halloween reskin weapon and it doesnt realy fit into TF2 but mabey in halloween it could work but i think you should ad a blood spatter animation when you hit the heart and instead the bonk debuf i think you should change it in too a scared debbuf it makes more sense as if the player who gets hit by it is schoked becuase of the gore.

I only want to see it in game because of the name.

i think the stats should be:
+25% cause it has that thing on it
when u kill stuff and right click its dead body you would stick your hand in the body and rip out the heart to replenish the ammo of the thing

The detail put into this is impressive, but I'm not sure it adds enough of a new function to the game.

stats target takes crits if heart hits them -30 heart recharge rate -25 bat damage heart does +20 dmg if hits on miss lose 10hp bat swings 50% faster this is my first stat writing

The heart: Splats on impact 20-less damage causes bleeding on enemies and causes minicrits when the enemy is covered in blood. The Bat: 10+ damage does bleeding for 3 seconds.

so it obviously has to be a wooden bat+fish

A crafting recipe for this could be a sandman an axetinguisher and a scrap metal

It would be neat if the heart exploded on impact, dealing bleading damage to those around it or covering them in blood and allowing for critical hits (Similar to Jarate).

It should totaly hav a 20-40% damage penalty but if the ball hits an enemy u steal their health

I think the Stats should Be: On hit with Heart Slows enemy down by 10% Get healed by 2 Each 4 Seconds. On hit with bat Damage inreases by 1% Every hit .Max damage increase is 13%. -25% Health -5% Damage Penalty
