Tried it, didn't work. I killed 20 Krampus before it got dropped, so either incredibly unlucky, or mod isn't correct

When originally playing ages ago I thought it was a fixed loot spawn because I got a bag five times in a row my first five times. The odds... so bloody low for such a thing.
