This would be a good weapon for stealth sniping since you could maybe fire poison rounds that makes the target take damage overtime instead of instantly dying. By the time the poison kills them, you would have already been in a different position by now.
Wouldn't let it deal that much damage on the first it. Maybe just 1 hp. But the real damage is from the poison.
Applies speed reduction on scoped shot. Duration and amount slowed increase with charge. (Duration goes from 2 seconds at empty, to 6 seconds at full. And speed reduction goes from -10% at empty, to -35% on full)
66% damage dealt with primary comes back as health (can overheal)
-33% damage penalty on scoped shots
On scoped shot hit on ally: provides a speed boost. Duration increase with charge (1 second at empty, 3 seconds at full)

Reasonings: Marked for death mini-crits. So.. after a bodyshot, a headshot will finish off that Heavy (Hopefully :P) This could be a whole new playstyle bodyshot, then headshot... | The Bleed effect is meant to finish off the other team to help support yours | I would have said that thing that smol but fat robin said, but bonk's are getting removed in the pyro Update...
