i was able to tuck some extra tanks by the generator on the left side facing towards the back of the ship

also the gravity is kinda wonky in parts of the ship. mainly in the back.

its a cool ship but what a gass hog. a bigger hanger bay would be nice too if possible.

Love it but can't use it on the server I play on. :( I am limited to size class 3. No chance you could release a size class 3 version or maybe ZeroG Industries can recommend me one of their other models? ;)

I had a few ideas to help the Chimera-X out with proformance with fuel and its a easy one just takes time. Using the custom pannels you can make selective group of thrusters act as cruise control and have the others off to conserve fuel. Also I would add a Custom pannel for combat speed when the need for more power is needed. A pannel to turn off all thrust would also be nice. This way you wont need a room full of levers becuase that can get old real fast. I hope this helps and keep up the good work.

@LunarGear So I have been looking at putting armor over just some key areas. I have slowly replaced some black with combat steel for armore only purposes.

Also I have been playing around with added a few more generators to help with the power issues. I think i'll be able to add in a couple more fuel tanks if need be but i have to play around more with these.

Do note we are working hard to make sure Chimera is a worthy ship to suite the needs of the crews piloting it. Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. Once the concerns are corrected I'll give you a shout out and update for you to try. Take care!

Great looking ship. 928 min not under gravity and not moving. 23 min on move not under gravity. 8 min on the move with gravity. 49 min not moving with gravity. Full steel frame. I would start by fixing the gass problem. I think 23min flight time in space is ok but the 8 min under norm-gravity I would hate driving this thing under heavy gravity worlds. A full steel frame is nice and all but I would like some armor around some areas like thrusters, warpdrive , command brige, fuel tanks , 02 tanks, ammo boxs and player control block. The lower ramp doesnt match with the hanger door going up or down.

Just spawned this into creative to have a look, AWESOME SHIP!! Loving it!
Found one minor thing though, the LCD labeling for the switches for weapons and life support seem to be swapped. Not a big deal to me just letting you know. They have some circuits associated with them and I haven't yet figured out signal logic so I am reluctant to mess with it.
Still an awesome ship, keep up the great work!
