The Broomstick

+ Alt Fire: Shoots A Pumpkin Ball That Scares Victim For 1-10 Seconds, (Depending On Distance) Long Range Pumpkins Will Add Jarate Effect. (Pissed Themselves Scared XD)
+ 10% Attack Speed.
+ User Is 10% Less Subjected To Gravity. (Flying Broomstick :D)
+ Fire Of Any Kind Adds Afterburn Effect. (DOES NOT AFFECT DAMAGE)
- 10% Damage.
- No Random Crits.
- 10% Fire Vunerability.
- Pumpkin Ball Explodes On Impact Making It Unretrieveable.

Ball inflicts fear on target for a brief amount of time
-cannot retrieve ball
-slower recharge time
So it's like the sandman but a bit less effective, however it would lack the sandman's health penalty

Valve will make the stats, but here's a suggestion:

+ Right click bats a pumpkin ball that "explodes" on inpact causing slight damage in the radius and covering the enemies vision in pumkin guts and slows them down by 20% for 5 seconds
+ Pumpkin ball explodes at any range
+20% ball cooldown rate

- Pumkin ball affects you the same way it affects enemies
- No mini-crit/crit from long distance hits
-25% damage
-25% ball projectile speed
-40% max ball distance


With these stats it would be really good for harassing enemies with the pumkin ball, but you would have to get really close to the enemy to hit them with the ball and it woulld be pretty dangrous to yourself.

@GedebuQ: actually I have a "prototype" modelled out, but due the tight deadline of the "Night of the Living Update" this saturday and not really satisfied how it looks, I scrapped it. Today, the deadline is now extended, so I'll have a look on it if I can finish it on time. Stay tuned.
