updated to 2.0.4, tested and working, some users have experienced a graphic glitch not showing updated storage capacity this can be fixed by saving and loading or by useing command Max_Resources on the console

I was seeing the same thing. Build the build, place a pop on the tile, save the game, exit to the main menu and re-load the game

Hi! Rather than making it unique and overpowered, could you please add a version that is not unique, cost a bit less, and give like 1000 energy and mineral storage and 100 influence storage?
