And you can't identify as 21 because your brain actually physically matures, you can't identify as 6'4" because it's physical, and you can't identify as rich because it's physical. These are all physical things in the real world. However, gender is psychology. Gender is separate than sex. They are intertwined, as most of the time they are the same. However, when they are different, that's why people are trans.
