Steiger is only available with the Deadly Dozen DLC (campaign or freeroam), and only after beating the DD leader.

Where can I find Steiger or build his ship in campaign?
Actually I didn't find him in any scenario.

was him an alternate reward instead of getting the Perun's Blueprint?

is it possable to make all the warlords use this ship? I personaly would love to have all my warlords in the same dread.
