I guess this mod will not be updated but i say it anyways

Is there will be an mod option to "stack everything, but save 1 instance of item" so i can use this container to stack in loot runs?
Primedew 11 Jun @ 9:59am
@mountainofcheezo you should look up "manage container" mod
Eliaz 26 Mar @ 2:22pm
Hello !
The Stack All doesn't work anymore in my save, only the Stack to Selected works, am I the only one with this problem ?
mountainofcheezo 20 Mar @ 2:31pm
Are you able to make this a thing for transfer all but use category logic? and include a hotkey? been searching desperately for that feature
Wolgrave 20 Mar @ 3:30am
i love terraria's quick stack feature, i think it should be a feature in every game that have a storage system lol. thanks for this
el Cabron 11 Mar @ 9:48am
absolutely love this mod and the functionality inspiration from terraria, you're doing god's work for all of us loot goblins out there. hope you keep maintaining the mod in the future if possible. much love

@Johnny Dollar, in B42 there are settings under mods > smartstack which should allow you to hide those buttons that intersects with existing UI elements. Instead of the hidden buttons you can use hotkeys or context menu. I can’t align the buttons so they won’t interfere.

@SnIon
Hey SnIon, thank you so much for keeping this mod updated for almost 8 years!
There's a problem in B42 when using ovens.
The stacking buttons on inventory screens overlay the turn on function on ovens so it looks like
"Tur-Stack all"
I tried messing around with some UI settings and moving the size of the inventory window, but couldn't change anything.
leon2356 23 Jan @ 4:58pm
@Juice

Use the Proximity Inventory mod. Adds a container to the loot window that shows all the loot in 8 surrounding tiles and containers. Then you can just tap loot all and it will take from everything around you, on the ground or in a container.
SnIon  [author] 17 Jan @ 1:45pm
I will try implementing later. For now, while this is not exactly the functionality, there is a couple of mods with similar ideas:
AutoLoot 42
AutoLoot 41
Fast Keys 41/42
Zeana 16 Jan @ 1:36pm
Can you make a loot all hotkey so it will loot any containers that are nearby the player?
FootFeetish69 15 Jan @ 7:32am
Huge thanks, from another hoarder. Been needing this for a long long time, wish I realized this existed before now lol
leon2356 10 Jan @ 7:07pm
OMG I was just looking for a mod like this! I am such a hoarder.
Sarah52 10 Jan @ 3:25pm
Best mod ever
Qifi 10 Jan @ 11:27am
this is literally the best mod i have ever seen
CocoWarma 1 Jan @ 9:57pm
Amazing!Thanks for updating for B42.
Sssss 29 Dec, 2024 @ 5:01pm
Wow, created in 2017 and still being updated??? Sick
Xer 27 Dec, 2024 @ 7:37pm
Thx!:steamhappy::steamhappy::steamhappy:
SnIon  [author] 27 Dec, 2024 @ 1:52pm
@Xer there's now an option to hide buttons in Options > Mods > SmartStack, but for now only in build 42 and higher
SnIon  [author] 25 Dec, 2024 @ 2:09pm
@Jaxx - pshoooo, thanks for the report. I think it's pretty much impossible to place those buttons correctly, they will be intersecting with game elements. I want to add ability to disable buttons and context menus, and players will be choosing which way they want to use the mod. This would be the optimal solution, I think.
Jaxx - pshoooo 25 Dec, 2024 @ 1:48pm
heads up but the buttons are a little close on trash can-type items that have a Delete All button, overlaps a bit https://i [dot]gyazo[dot]com/fa0a442816fe41c70897a20bf30b3c1d.png
SnIon  [author] 25 Dec, 2024 @ 10:05am
@Johnny Dollar, you can add tags in workshop file like
here [github.com]
SnIon  [author] 25 Dec, 2024 @ 9:26am
@Xer, yeah hiding buttons option is something I want to do, but I should figure out how to do it.
Johnny Dollar 25 Dec, 2024 @ 8:28am
Hello Snion
Thank you very much for updating the mod.

How do you add the build 42 tag to a workshop item that was created during build 41?
I've tried a couple of times now with no luck.
Xer 25 Dec, 2024 @ 6:57am
NO ERRORS after the update, nice work!
and a suggestion, can i have choice to hide the ContextMenu button? something like making a switch in the mod option.
anyway, thx for your efforts❤ @SnIon
SnIon  [author] 25 Dec, 2024 @ 3:38am
@Xer @dcm4n, I updated the mod, if the issue is still present, please tell me more about reproducing (game build version, where the error happens). Hope it's fixed tho.
Xer 25 Dec, 2024 @ 1:03am
same as @dcm4n
dcm4n 25 Dec, 2024 @ 12:51am
Man thanks for the mod and for updating it to B42 so quickly, but something broke in the last update. I'm getting erros, even with only this mod activated.

Error in getKeyName - addKeybindingPanel, pretty sure it has to do with the new keybinding.

Back in B41 I used another mod (SmartStack HotKey by tooHzzub's) to get this exact funcionality and it worked fine, maybe you want to take a look at it.

@early_retirement that was probably it.
ZivaBigBen 24 Dec, 2024 @ 4:14pm
Bless u @Snion
early_retirement 24 Dec, 2024 @ 2:10pm
You are my hero @Snion
SnIon  [author] 24 Dec, 2024 @ 1:54pm
@early_retirement it might have been another mod, never was in this one. But the idea was good, so I implemented it. You should now be able to assign keybinds in game menu for stacking. Enjoy!
SnIon  [author] 24 Dec, 2024 @ 1:53pm
@RayVi should now be fixed
RayVi 24 Dec, 2024 @ 9:18am
@SnIon now the encoding has gone wrong in the Russian translation file, to fix this you need to save the file in ANSI encoding
early_retirement 24 Dec, 2024 @ 1:07am
I could have sworn there used to be keybindings you could bind these functions to.
Am I mistaken?
Its been a while since I played lol but Im not seeing them in the keybinds menu.
SnIon  [author] 23 Dec, 2024 @ 8:31am
@ZivaBigBen the issue is now fixed, you can use stack buttons from context menu (gif in the description) on a controller
SnIon  [author] 23 Dec, 2024 @ 2:02am
@ZivaBigBen yes, that's a longstanding controller issue. I will try to address it again.
KarlF 22 Dec, 2024 @ 9:02pm
huge
ZivaBigBen 22 Dec, 2024 @ 4:19pm
not seeing the stack buttons, is it a controller issue? i know some ui stuff changes from keyboard to controller
SnIon  [author] 22 Dec, 2024 @ 11:29am
@early_retirement Update to B42 is done, enjoy! Let me know if something breaks
early_retirement 21 Dec, 2024 @ 4:39pm
Not sure I can live w/o this mod, hope you update to B42! Thanks!
Sauce 7 Nov, 2024 @ 4:55pm
@Did u go tomorrow are you selecting the right bag on the container menu? I thought it was bugged as well but you have to favorite the bag first by clicking on it (a star will appear on your favorite bag). Once you do that the stack button should work.
SnIon  [author] 7 Nov, 2024 @ 11:00am
Can you specify exactly with which item it doesn't work or provide a screenshot? That would help.
Did u go tomorrow ? 6 Nov, 2024 @ 5:55pm
Why is there no response when I click, my environment container has that type of material, there are no other types of material, and clicking on it doesn't work
Sauce 4 Nov, 2024 @ 9:38pm
This mod combined with Tetris UI is a game changer. Thanks for making this :retro_beer:
トミー (Tommy) 28 Dec, 2023 @ 6:26pm
Not a big deal as everything still works fine, but it overlaps a tad with

SnIon  [author] 19 Aug, 2023 @ 8:12am
@Tanelorn, the buttons are only for the right side panel. So, yeah, you can move items from "yourself" and your held containers to environmental containers.
Tanelorn 15 Aug, 2023 @ 5:37pm
I don't see options for our backpacks and held containers. Does this only work on environmental containers?
Lawfer 21 May, 2023 @ 7:39am
Thank you for this mod, experimented with it a while, seems I will be enabling it forever haha!
SnIon  [author] 3 May, 2023 @ 11:21am
@Rookie It's similar, but not the same. In terraria you can stack for quite some distance, but here you only stack to right-side containers, which are at hand-distance. Which I believe is realistic, which, in turn, this game is about. Anyway, hope it helps.
