We didn't notice that you can bring the Ball from the very first room. This means in the drawbridge room we were short of one ball, so only one person could cross the river in the normal way, for the other it was blocked because we needed one of the balls to open the door. So we thought the second person must jump over the river. First we put two portals for an infinite fall in the blue goo room and then used the portal spot above the goo room (the one you must shoot later from the "7" to reach the blue goo room again) to shoot the second player over the river. That jump is quite glitchy, it does not always work because the speed varies... But sometimes it does.
"It is not stupid when it works" ;)
:p
I wonder if anybody at anytime got the solution right in the split chamber by using the portable light bridge from behind to splash paint at the laser's spot?!? Its important how you place the second portal onto the ground to get the angle right ;-)

Had to use kill commands.
But we had so much fun and laughes with the Blue gel in the small lazer box thingi near the window.
You should work at Valve.
1. Activate the developer console in Portal (Options – Keyboard/Mouse – Allow Developer Console Enabled)
2. Check in “Edit Keys/Buttons” which key you are using to toggle the Developer Console.
3. Start any map and toggle the developer console.
4. Paste this into the command line to switch between players in coop mode with key “r”: BindToggle "r" in_forceuser
5. See here for more info about standalone coop play: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Testing_Portal_2_Co-Op_Maps_Alone
6. Download the map here: http://forums.thinkingwithportals.com/downloads.php?view=detail&df_id=2399
7. Extract the ZIP with 7zip and drop the BSP file into “C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\portal 2\portal2\maps”.
8. Create a direct shortcut to that BSP file and use this as target in the shortcut: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Portal 2\portal2.exe" -dev -game "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Portal 2\portal2" +ss_map "mp_coop_sunbury_chambers_13_03.bsp" +sv_lan 1
9. Launch the map with the shortcut.
- on community request added new spawners in case of death
- replaced sign for portable hardlight bridge with posters displaying the hint as graphic visible for both players
- added blue blob overlay as hint
- replaced broken COOP Exit with other instance
- added new ingame sound atmosphere
- lowered PETI object trigger instances to fit to the ground
Therefore it is even more important having a good map to come, if you and your mate are waiting for it to be downloaded. But how to learn which maps are worth playing?
I recommend the walkthrough videos of Iviv and LyLy:
http://www.youtube.com/user/2Nightmaren
You may not like to watch it all before the map had indeed been played, but watching the first two minutes should give you a fair impression. And if you and your mate stuck in the map, have a look for the rest of the video. Highly recommended.
Fixed a shortcut identified by Iviv LyLy;
added messages regards doors to be opened from outside;
added lightpointer for external portal surface;
modified light settings.
Looks like i have to give you a fair warning ;-)
This map requires some well organized exploring and advanced Portal experience e.g. the knowledge of how to move up on a single light bridge. If you just started with Portal, i recommend to train first with my SP maps starting with Sunbury Chambers 4.
