DUE TO NEW UPDATES AND CHARACTER TWEAKS, THIS MOD DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE

All I did was look at a different mod and tweaked it to buff Webber, other than small tweaks to preexisting code I do not know how to mod for DST and do not know how to fix this for the new updates. This mod is still available for anyone to look at the files and to recreate. Sorry.

THIS MOD IS AMAZING! For me best mod on this workshop or even best mod to this game! It's really good and great. Now it's much more fun to me and much better experience, thanks <3

this just makes webber overpowered, as a webber main i just find this to be a little sad...
