@spaz_marine, are you talking about how they insert into the ballast blocks further than usual? Basically, place a hinge on a block so it has the usual offset, then use an unpowered wheel to offset by half a block, this then lets you place a block into the hinge. You may find this video useful.

Good suspension, looks great, lots of bombs, every warhead has it own color and a steering wheel that turns when you turn. Amazing work!
