I put the chrysler v8 pack that works with this car and this version of the game on discord , on the gom-team board in the engine download section. the gom-team board of discord is a board for slrr, and steam will not let links put on here. just copy the file and folder from the download and past it in the engine\parts folder of your game files. car is already set up for it and should work , does still on mine, thanks and sorry it took so long to add it

i can't find any in game motors that are compatible, this content makes my game struggle so i can't download any more content, would you make it compatible with in game motors

for the editor to work you must do this, For some odd reason if there is any engine saved in the cfg files the editor either stops working or shows an overflow error this fix worked for me :
go into the \Street Legal Racing Redline v2.3.1\cars\racers\Dart68_data\scripts you will have to edit these files _Dart_custom.cfg, _Dart_GSS.cfg, _Dart_GT,cfg, _Dart_GT_vinyl.cfg, _Dart_GTS.cfg, _Dart_GTS_A.cfg, _Dart_GTS_B.cfg, and _Dart_GTS_C.cfg. Any text editor will work. delete these lines:
attach 0x0007E318 17
attach 0x0007E340 17
attach 0x0007E360 17
attach 0x0007E361 17
attach 0x0007E383 17
attach 0x0007E400 17
attach 0x0007E440 17
attach 0x0007E426 17

they will be around the 285 line in the cfg files. save the file and try the slrr editor the overflow error should not happen and you can install any engine you want.

where do i get the engine from for this car?

there is no v8 pack on steam workshop. please add your pack to it becuse mods not downloaded in in workshop will crash the game very fast. also ROC will be stuck at first race if you got a mod installed wich isnt from steam.

The code to get the car menu to come up is testme then click on the screwdriver, it will only work if your cheats are turned on

when the menu that said choose car pooped up what is the code that goes with that

The exhaust header should be in the V-8 section under exhaust system. If they didn't show up delete the pack and go back and download the link again (should end with mopar1.7z) it is a new link (updated) . I just delete mine and redownloaded it and reinstalled it (to check) and everything is there in the right spots,

I installed the chrysler V8 pack but i couldnt find the exhaust headers anywhere. Do you know how or where to get them?

The dart is already set up to run Fireful0 chrysler pack reboot, that is the cause of the editor overflow error your are getting. If you want to use the editor on it you will have to follow Fireful0 tutorial on how to delete attachments. link:
