I gotta say, I've never had this issue with this mod and I've been using it for ages. That has gotta be from something else.
Just wanted to say thank you for developing this mod. I know that it isn't updated nor probably working with the current version of the game, but it's an amazing mod nevertheless and just wanted to let you know that. Having a bit of an issue with the continued mod of this with air temperature showing in pipes, and a few other quirks but nevertheless I can deal with them.

Haven't tried it yet but looks to be pretty popular
Hope this helps anyone, and all credit goes to the original authors for this excellent mod!
Sadly, it is most likely a mod conflict but the only way to be sure is for you to test it without any other mods (other than the required HugsLib of course).
Since you're already using a mod manager you should be able to save your current mod list, disable everything except those, start a new game (just random, doesn't need you to configure it all) go in to dev mode, try placing some down and see if they link ok.
If it works without any other mods, you have a long list of mods you need to work through to try and track down the problem. If it doesn't work without other mods, then I'm starting to run out of ideas haha.
Hugs is 1st in my list, and I moved this mod near the top too (see pics):

I tried deconstructing the air climate control and building a new one with the exhaust facing the left. Everything is connected but the blue pipes don't look flush again with the white pipes. The wall mounted vent still says 0 cc/s. Could it be that the large intake fan doesn't work with a normal sized air climate control?
If it won't work maybe its because I have a f* ton of other mods I'm using but thought I'd try posting here. If we can't get it to work I appreciate you trying to help me out. :)
Here's a screenshot of one I just quickly placed in dev mode to test

You can see how the white part on the climate control unit connects to the pipes on all sides. Do you have HugsLib installed and higher in the load order than this mod? Have you tried with just this mod running in a game to see if it's a conflict?

The author made a giant mistake when setting up intake to exhaust ratio.
If it was 1 for 1 this would be a great mod.
As is, it's kinda pointless.
See, there's no oxygen factor in Rimworld, only temperature.
In which case it makes no sense to involve outside air into your “ventilation” system.
Which means you want to make a CLOSED LOOP system, pump back the same exact air you're pumping out.
But your intake is 9 times as strong as your exhaust. So how do you pump that air back efficiently?
Yup you build the same old vanilla “ventilation system” corridor and connect it all to your rooms with vents. Except the reason we installed this mod in the first place is so that we could avoid doing exactly that, no?
TLDR: realistic ventilation makes no sense in Rimworld.
You can only have one Air Climate Control per circuit, the entire system sets itself to one of them and all vents follow from that. So, every freezer can be connected to a single circuit, but you can't have your 21°C connected to your -10°C freezers as the system will either choose to go with that -10 or 21 or somewhere in between.
I love the mod but hate exposed pipes, what would I have to modify?
